Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the MoveClub platform or services. By enrolling in MoveClub, you (“Partner”) agree to be bound by the following Terms:

1. Lead Generation Services

MoveClub provides verified homeowner lead delivery services to moving companies. Each lead includes customer contact information and basic move details. MoveClub does not guarantee that customers will respond, book a job, or choose your company.

2. Lead Access and Distribution

Leads are distributed based on geographic territory, but may not be exclusive. Multiple movers in a given region may receive the same lead depending on demand and market coverage. MoveClub does not guarantee exclusivity or any specific job outcomes.

3. Pricing and Payment

Leads are billed individually on a pay-per-lead basis: $25 per local lead, $50 per out-of-state lead.

Charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file. There are no contracts or subscriptions. Partners are only charged for the leads they receive.

4. Lead Delivery Process

Leads are delivered via a private Google Sheet created for each Partner. This sheet is updated based on your territory and lead volume. Partners will be notified by text or email each time new leads are added.

5. Lead Usage

All leads are provided solely for the Partner's internal use. Resale, sharing, or redistribution of leads is strictly prohibited. Misuse of lead data may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Refunds & Disputes

All lead sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. However, if a lead is clearly invalid (e.g., disconnected phone number, fake info, or no moving intent), you may request a review within 24 hours of delivery. MoveClub will investigate and determine if a credit is warranted. Non-response or failure to close the sale does not qualify. Disputes submitted beyond 24 hours will not be reviewed. Excessive or abusive disputes may lead to account suspension.

7. Branding and Promotion

By accepting these terms, you grant MoveClub permission to use your business name, logo, and general info for promotional or customer-facing marketing within your service area.

8. Limitation of Liability

MoveClub is not liable for the performance, conduct, or outcomes of any jobs resulting from delivered leads. Our total liability is limited to the value of leads purchased within the last 30 days.

9. Termination

MoveClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to:

Nonpayment or failed billing

Abuse of dispute process

Redistribution of lead data

Misrepresentation or false claims

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
