MoveClub Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the MoveClub platform or services. By enrolling in MoveClub, you (“Partner”) agree to be bound by the following Terms:


1. Lead Generation Services


MoveClub provides verified homeowner lead delivery services for moving companies. Leads are delivered weekly via a Google Sheet assigned to the Partner. Each lead includes customer contact information and basic job details. MoveClub does not guarantee customer responsiveness, booking outcomes, or exclusive access to any individual customer.


2. Lead Access and Distribution


MoveClub may work with multiple moving partners within a given market. While efforts are made to avoid over-saturation, leads may be shared with more than one mover depending on territory size and demand. MoveClub makes no guarantee of lead exclusivity or customer selection preference.


3. Use of Leads


Leads are provided solely for the Partner's internal use to acquire moving jobs. Partners may not resell, share, distribute, or transfer any lead data to third parties without express written permission from MoveClub. Unauthorized use of lead data will result in immediate termination of services without refund.


4. Billing and Payment


MoveClub operates on a recurring flat-rate billing model of $50 per week. This weekly fee provides access to the Partner’s personalized Google Sheet, which will be updated weekly with 5–10 new verified leads.


Billing is processed automatically every 7 days using the credit card provided. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Partners may pause or cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. MoveClub reserves the right to adjust pricing with 7 days' notice to the Partner.


5. Refund and Dispute Policy


All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. If a lead contains invalid information (e.g., disconnected number, fake identity, non-moving intent), the Partner may

submit a dispute within 24 hours of lead delivery for internal review.


Please note:


Credits are not guaranteed. Credits may be issued at MoveClub’s sole discretion based on verified issues. Non-response, unbooked jobs, or leads choosing other movers do not qualify for credit. Excessive or abusive dispute submissions may result in account suspension or termination.


6. Lead Delivery Process


Each Partner receives a private Google Sheet, created by MoveClub, which is updated weekly with new verified leads. A notification will be sent by email or text each time the sheet is updated. This sheet remains active as long as the Partner’s subscription is active.


7. Brand Usage Consent


By participating in MoveClub, Partner grants MoveClub permission to use their business name, logo, and branding assets for the purpose of customer-facing marketing and territory-based outreach efforts.


8. Limitation of Liability


MoveClub is not responsible for job performance, service outcomes, or disputes between the Partner and any customers sourced through the platform. MoveClub’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Partner within the previous 30 days.


9. Termination of Service


MoveClub may immediately suspend or terminate services for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

Nonpayment

Abuse of the dispute process

Misuse or redistribution of lead data

Misrepresentation of association with MoveClub


10. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
